The top Junior College prospect in the 2026 MLB Draft, Bailey is a lean, projectable 6-foot-3 left-hander with a fastball that's up to 97 mph. The pitch doesn't miss many bats at this stage, it's a bit vanilla from a shape perspective with similar ride and run. Bailey throws a slurvy two-plane slider with solid depth, as well as a changeup with 10+ inches of fade and some tumble. Bailey is solid strike-thrower who could end up in a number of different roles at the next level. He's already had Tommy John surgery and missed most of the 2026 season after recovering from knee surgery.
