Lund looks like a starter. It's a lean but strong build at 6-6 210 pounds. He's a clean, athletic mover down the mound with 6.8 feet of extension and a little bit of cross-body action from a taller slot.
Lund is up to 97 at this stage and will hold into the mid 90s with ease deep into starts. It's a north to south arsenal, fastball has above-average carry with slight tail, occasional cut. Comes from a wider, high slot, tougher for hitters to square up. Slider/changeup/curveball/cutter mix with the secondaries. His breaking balls can tend to blend together at times, 2,700+ rpms, curveball gets huge depth in the low-80s, slider is a little tighter in the mid-80s, looks like he’ll also occasionally flash a short upper 80s cutter. Supinator, doesn't really throw much of a changeup at the moment, low-hanging fruit there. Command is a WIP, 14.1% walk rate which is a little surprising considering how fluid of a mover he is. Has the strikeout stuff to make up for it. Max Fried look.
