Gallaher broke out in a big way in 2025. He finished the year hitting .325 with 17 homeruns and a 1.013 OPS. He looks like one of the top returning bats in ACC for 2026.
Gallaher has very few weaknesses in his offensive profile in that he's a well rounded bat across the board. His whiff rates where roughly average with a 16 percent in-zone rate and 22 percent overall, and he maintanied his chase rate at a respectable 22 percent. While the raw power may just be average, Gallaher's feel to pull the ball in the air stands out. With consistent hard contact, it's not hard to see a world where Gallaher grows into above average raw power.
Gallaher is a fringe-average runner with average arm strength that likely plays at second base long-term. Gallaher 's production throughout two strong years in the ACC is sure to push him high in a lot of models. A strong 2026 where he shows some slight improvements would be the cherry on top.
