Jenkins is a sturdy, well-built 6-foot-3, 220 pound right-handed pitching prospect with an intriguing overall skillset. He's been up to 97 mph with a fastball that features some sinking action from a taller than average release height. Jenkin's best pitch is a tight, hard bullet slider that projects as at least an above-average pitch moving forward. Jenkins loves going to that pitch frequently, and he'll occasionally touch 90 mph with the offering. There's also a solid mid-80s changeup that Jenkins kills spin on well with some fading action.
Jenkins dumps in strikes and looks to have some starting traits despite spending most of his time in 2026 out of the bullpen for East Carolina.
